Duncan, MAI specializes in eminent domain appraisal and consulting.  Mr. Duncan has over 26 years of experience in the eminent domain field working for public agencies in acquisition, property management, and relocation assistance, as well as appraisal.  Mr. Duncan holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute,and is a General Certified Real and Estate Appraiser through the State of Washington.  Mr. Duncan is on the WSDOT approved appraiser and review appraiser lists.
